Welcome to Kauai!
Kauai, the Garden Isle, is the oldest and most beautiful island of all Hawaii. Here you will find a tropical paradise with, razor sharp mountains, tumbling waterfalls, vibrant and lush scenery, navigable rivers and pristine beaches. There are no other places in the world featuring the incomparable beauty of sun, sea, and lushness. The dramatic beauty of Kauai attracts both tourist and movie industry.
Aloha, Hawaiian, and United airlines offer direct flights to Kauai from the U.S. mainland and Canada. The vast majority of visitors will first land in Honolulu and take a short flight to Lihue airport on the center of Kauai's East Coast. From Lihue, visitors can head north to Princeville and Hanalei on the North Shore of Kauai where the most breathtaking vistas unveil to the opened jaws of visitors. The lush vibrant green vegetation mixed with the blue turquoise ocean is the best remedy for soothing all your worries and for a beginning a great romance.
The North Shore offers plenty of activities such as ocean and river kayaking, golfing, snorkeling, diving, hiking, horseback riding. North shore beaches are spectacular from the lush setting of Tunnel Beach to the magical and spiritual setting of Secret beach. For the adventurous there are pristine beaches on the Na Pali coast that can be reached only by Kayak or boat.
Unlike Honolulu (just a 20 minutes flight away), Kauai has no towering office or mega-buildings, only friendly people, uncrowded beaches, and a distinctly low-key and rural feeling.
